Travel Trade Packages & Individual Prices 2007–8

Here are details of the travel trade packages or individual events available direct from Visit Wales. Packages and individual Showcase Wales stands are also available via the 4 regions of Wales to suppliers in the relevant areas, in some cases at special rates. For further details, pre-register interest in exhibiting and you will be contacted with details of the available options.

Gold Package (£2900 plus vat)
Showcase Wales and National Tourism Awards 2nd – 4th October 2007
1 stand or equivalent space. Stands will be 3m x 2m with each stand accommodating maximum 2 people

World Travel Market (WTM), Excel, London November 2007
1 pod which includes 1 large graphic panel and 1 table / 2 chairs (maximum 2 people at any given time). Compulsory 4 day attendance at event

ITB Berlin, March 2008
1 table top counter within larger Wales presence – maximum 2 partners per counter

Group Travel Event 2008
Complimentary stand at major Group Travel event early 2008. More details to follow
