Accommodation
For fully registered Showcase Wales buyers, accommodation for the nights of the 2 and 3 October (and during the organised familarisation trips) is included, subject to availability. Please note that as priority for accommodation will be given to overseas and domestic buyers outside Wales, day delegate passes will be offered to all delegates within easy reach of Llandudno. Accommodation will be allocated on a first come, first served basis.
You will be accommodated in a 3, 4 or 5 star hotel within easy reach of Venue Cymru in Llandudno. Visit Wales will cover the cost of the hotel room and breakfast, making all hotel arrangements on your behalf (all other charges must be settled by individuals prior to departure). We will request details of your accommodation requirements during full registration. In all cases a non-smoking room will be allocated unless otherwise requested.
